7 days Before Adventure Start Date Cancellation Fee 30% Amount of Total Price
5 days Any booking Cancellation Deposits or Failure to pay (No Refund)

Non-Refundable Deposits: All initial booking deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, as they cover immediate administrative costs and secured reservations with our partners.
-
Medical/Personal Reasons: Cancellations due to illness, injury, or personal emergency are still subject to the above fee schedule. We recommend contacting your travel insurance provider for coverage.

3. Cancellations by First Adventure

We rarely cancel confirmed Adventures but reserve the right to do so due to events outside our control (Section 4) or insufficient participation.

If we cancel your Adventure for any reason, you will be offered the choice of:
-
A full monetary refund of all payments made to us.
-
Transferring your payments to an alternative Adventure date or destination.

-
We will attempt to recover and refund any recoverable costs from our suppliers.

We cannot guarantee a full refund in cases of Force Majeure. The refund will be limited to the amount we are able to recover from our third-party suppliers, which may be significantly less than the total price paid.
