Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website First Adventure and booking any adventure activities ("Adventures") offered by First Adventure By accessing the Site and/or booking an Adventure, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an Adventure or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent and that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or book any Adventures.

2. Adventure Booking & Confirmation
A. Pricing and Payments
All prices are quoted in Currency, AED GBP/USD] and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Full payment or a required deposit must be received to confirm your Adventure booking.
B. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed upon our issuance of a written confirmation or invoice. Until confirmed, all bookings are subject to availability.
C. Final Payment
If a deposit is made, the final balance is due no later than 10 days prior to the Adventure start date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.

3. Cancellations and Refunds​
A. Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellation requests must be submitted to us in writing via email. The following refund schedule applies. cancellation request only accept 7 days before your adventure.

Note: Deposits are typically non-refundable.

B. Cancellation by First Adventure
We reserve the right to cancel any Adventure due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient participation.

If we cancel an Adventure, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to an alternative Adventure date or destination. We are not responsible for any incidental costs incurred by you (e.g., non-refundable flights, visa fees)

4. Risk, Liability, and Medical Matters​
A. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that adventure travel and activities inherently involve significant risks and potential dangers, including personal injury, emotional trauma, property damage, and even death. You voluntarily assume all such risks associated with the Adventures.

B. Liability Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless [Your Company Name], its employees, agents, and affiliates from all claims, demands, losses, or damages arising out of your participation in the Adventures.

C. Insurance
It is mandatory that you secure comprehensive travel and medical insurance that covers personal accident, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and repatriation. We reserve the right to request proof of adequate insurance coverage prior to the Adventure start. if you don't have comprehensive travel insurance we can provide for extra cost.

D. Health and Fitness
You must truthfully disclose any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or physical limitations that may affect your ability to participate in the Adventure. We reserve the right to decline participation if we believe a person's health or fitness poses a risk to themselves or the group.

5. Your Responsibilities

You must strictly comply with the local laws, customs, and drug regulations of the country being visited.

You must follow the instructions of our guides and staff regarding safety and conduct at all times.

You are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including passports, visas, and vaccinations.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
